Selon la loi 47-18, notamment son article 37, le recours est d\u00e9pos\u00e9s apr\u00e8s une d\u00e9cision non satisfaisante de la CRUI. A cet effet, l\u2019investisseur a le droit de d\u00e9poser un recours gracieux aupr\u00e8s du Wali. La commission doit statuer dans un d\u00e9lai de 10 jours \u00e0 partir de la date de d\u00e9p\u00f4t du recours.
