How can I contact my CRI advisor?
There are three ways to contact your CRI advisor:
1. By email.
2. By phone.
3. By requesting an appointment.
Information about your advisor is available through the “My CRI” section of the CRI-INVEST platform.
What are the documents and information to provide to schedule an appointment?
You do not need to provide documents to schedule an appointment. You just need to fill out information on the scoping questionnaire, specifying your land-related needs, such as the desired land area.
How can I schedule an appointment to receive assistance with identifying land for my investment project?
From the land tab, an advisor will contact you to arrange a meeting with the CRI director and clarify land requirements to identify opportunities in the region.
What kind of support can CRI offer me in terms of land?
The CRI will assist you through the land platform to:
– Identify available land for investment at any time.
– Retrieve data on land available for investment.
– Monitor the development of the allocated land with you.
What are the delivery times for documents and authorizations?

1- Regulatory, in compliance with the provisions of the relevant legal texts.

What is the legal value of an electronically signed document?
What is the legal value of an electronically signed document?
According to Moroccan regulations, an electronically signed document holds the same legal value as a manually signed document.
What are the electronically signed documents on CRI-INVEST?
The electronically signed documents on CRI-INVEST include:
– CRUI (Regional Investment Follow-up Committee) minutes.
– Documents and authorizations to be signed by the Wali (Governor), including:
– Environmental acceptability certificate.
– Provisional non-agricultural designation certificate.
– Definitive non-agricultural designation certificate.
– Operating classification (Law 61-00).
– Provisional technical classification (Law 61-00).
– Authorization to operate an industrial, commercial, or service activity in a free export zone.
– Lease order.
– Transfer order.
– Temporary occupation authorization for forest land.
Is there an expiration date for my documents and/or authorizations?
The validity period varies from one document or authorization to another. For example:
– The validity period of the Provisional Non-Agricultural Designation Certificate (AVNA) is 6 months.
– The validity period of the building permit (outside free trade zones) is 12 months.
How can I receive my documents and/or authorizations?
When will I receive my documents and/or authorizations?
Upon submission of the file, you will be informed of the date of receipt of your documents and authorizations. At each stage of the processing of your file, you will receive a notification informing you of the date of receipt of your documents and/or authorizations.
In what cases can I request an appointment with my CRI advisor?
The request for an appointment via the CRI-INVEST platform is available to all users of the CRI-INVEST platform (investors, architects, agents, etc.) who wish to inquire about procedures, incentives, or investment agreements, or to request information or advice necessary for preparing their investment files.
Can I cancel my appointment or change its date?
To cancel your appointment or change its date, please contact the assigned CRI advisor for any modifications or cancellations.
How to schedule an appointment on the CRI-INVEST platform?
There are two methods to schedule an appointment on the platform:
1. In offline mode: by clicking on ‘Register’ and then choosing the option ‘I prefer to meet you first.’
2. In online mode: By clicking on the ‘Appointments’ tab and then ‘New Appointment,’ you can enter the various information related to your request.
What are the required documents to submit an appeal?
For the friendly appeal to the Wali, a formal appeal request is mandatory. You can also attach other documents that can support your friendly appeal request. Similarly, for the ministerial appeal, a mandatory appeal request is required, along with any other documents that can support your ministerial appeal request.
How many times am I allowed to submit an appeal?
You are allowed to submit an appeal only once.
What are the different deadlines for submitting and processing the appeal?
You can submit your friendly appeal within 10 days from the notification of the contested decision. Your appeal will be processed within 10 days by the regional unified investment commission. In case of no response or if the decision of the CRUI is upheld, you can submit an appeal to the Ministerial Commission, which will review your case within 30 days.
What is the difference between a friendly appeal and an appeal to the ministerial commission?
A friendly appeal is filed with the Wali (Governor), while the ministerial appeal is submitted to the ministerial commission presided over by the Head of Government.

What should I do if I can’t log in?
If you haven’t created an account, please follow the instructions mentioned in the question “how to create an account.” If you want to log in using your email address, make sure you have the correct email address associated with your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “forgot password?” and enter your email address; a password reset link will be sent to you. If the issue persists, please contact a CRI advisor.
How to create an account?
Click on “create an account” on the login page of the platform. Enter your email address and create a password that must contain at least 8 characters, including a lowercase letter, a special character ($#§/\[]{}…), an uppercase letter, and a number. Then click on the “create account” button. An email will be sent to the provided email address. After activating the account, you will be redirected to the login page to access the platform.
