For which decisions am I entitled to file an appeal?

According to Law 47-18, specifically Article 37, an appeal is filed after an unsatisfactory decision from the CRUI. In this regard, the investor has the right to submit a friendly appeal to the Wali (Governor). The commission must make a decision within 10 days from the date of the appeal’s submission. If the commission upholds the decision or fails to make a decision within the specified time frame, the investor has the right to file an appeal with the ministerial commission, which has 30 days to make a decision on the appeal.
