- Ensure a regional economic vision;
- Contribute to the development, implementation and application of regional development strategies and territorial promotion and attractiveness plans for investors;
- Contribute to the studies and development of industrial zones and other economic activity zones;
- Propose to the government any measure aimed at setting up an integrated and attractive territorial investment offer
