New platform for investors

Laayoune – The board of directors of the Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra approved the budget forecast for the year 2021 on Tuesday.

The portion allocated for management in this budget amounts to more than 12.34 million Moroccan dirhams (MDH), while the investment portion reaches 8 MDH.

During this meeting chaired by the Wali (Governor) of the Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region and Governor of the Laâyoune province, Abdeslam Bekrate, the board of directors also approved the CRI’s action plan for 2021.

In a presentation, the director of the CRI, Mohamed Jiîfar, highlighted the achievements of the “Investor’s House” hub, noting that around 263 companies had been established as of the end of September 2020.

He specified that these included 183 legal entities (178 limited liability companies and 5 solidarity companies) and 80 individuals, with an investment of approximately 18 MDH.
