This is a financing and support program with very favorable conditions. Guarantee of investment loans and operating loans up to a maximum of 1.2 million MAD granted to eligible businesses operating in urban areas
Détail
Guarantee of 80% of the bank credit for first-time buyers and for companies exporting to Africa, and medium and long-term loans, with a total amount less than or equal to 1.2 million MAD.
- No personal guarantee;
- No project-related guarantee;
- Preferential interest rate: 2% before tax (urban areas) and 1.75% (rural areas).
Critère d'éligibilité
All sectors except real estate development
- Annual revenue < 10 million MAD;
- Existence duration < 5 years (not applicable for companies exporting to Africa and innovative agricultural businesses).
