This program is the result of a partnership between the Social Development Agency (ADS), the Agency for Socio-economic Promotion of the Southern Provinces, and the Moubadara associations. It is part of the overall strategy of the agency aimed at encouraging individual economic initiatives through the establishment of a multi-stakeholder structure, involving both public and private entities, to promote the creation of Very Small Enterprises in the 4 provinces of the region. Financing is provided through a specific mechanism, an “honorary loan,” with no interest and no personal guarantee required. The amount of financing varies between 10,000 and 80,000 DH depending on the nature of the project and is primarily intended to strengthen personal savings, which will serve as a leverage for funds from banks.
